Order processing is 1-3 business days for in stock items. Products not on hand may take longer; 1-3 weeks. Occasionally and due to popularity items may be on backorder or be discontinued without notice. If an item was paid for but has become out of stock before your order has been filled, we will issue a refund to you.
We ship orders via Canada Post. All items where applicable are insured. We do not ship to AFO/FPO addresses. When your order has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking number. Orders shipping internationally may also take longer due to customs inspection. Deliveries may also take longer during holidays.
It is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, national and international laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and you the customer are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of items that are illegal in that particular country or region.
We ship all orders to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase. We accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address or change of address.
If for any reason your package has been returned to The Grounding Stone and you wish for it to be resent, you will be charged a re-shipping cost by weight.
Yes we do ship to international addresses. Additional costs such as customs taxes, fees, or import duties as levied by your country are your responsibility. We are sorry but we have no way of knowing what these fees will be.
